Our scientific staff has over 10 years of experience in the design, cloning, purification and preclinical studies of peptidic-based vaccines. We can advise the best constructions, with a complete study in silico predictive isoelectric point, hydrophobicity, D conformation and other factors involved in the type and strength of the immune response triggered by the vaccine.
In Diomune, we produce recombinant proteins at a large scale (from 30-1000 liters) in a free-protease E.coli, yeast, and baculovirus systems from a variety of vectors with different tags and/or fusion partners.
